Christian Family Services is a licensed, not-for-profit child welfare agency, established in 1973. That means that we are governed by the laws of Missouri and Illinois to provide a certain standard of care to you. Beyond that, as a Christian agency, our core values motivate us to provide a higher standard of care. We treat others as we want to be treated.

We have separate social workers for pregnant clients and the adoptive family. Your social worker works with and for you only. We do this to make sure that you receive unbiased counsel. It’s not our job to convince you to choose adoption. We will NOT do that. We provide information and support but it is always your choice.
